Forms of Payment:
MTYCI accepts the following form of payment: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover) and you are able to use PayPal. Additionally checks, cash and gift certificates are accepted in-store only.
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. An acknowledgment of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us with your valid email address in your order to recieve your electronic order confirmation.
MTYCI Online Store DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday. For overnight or express shipping, please call us at (713) 668-8811 during regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange shipping.
We currently offer free shipping anywhere in the United States. We can ship overseas, but please contact us via email for pricing on these shipments as prices vary. We will be happy to work with you!
Returns & Exchange Policy:
If you are unhappy with a non-consignment purchase from www.mtyci.com, will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the original shipping date. Consignment items (in the JUST IN category), eyewear and any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered or washed, with tags still attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made.

MTYCI respects the privacy of its customers and takes the security of your personal information very seriously. MTYCI does not disclose any of your personal information that you provide either during registration or in your profile without your consent. All of our customers' profile information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside the necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. At any point our customers can access their account information, and have the opportunity to correct, update, or modify this information. Consignments are accepted for a period of ninety (90) days. Consignors will receive fifty percent
(50%) of the amount the item sold. Consignors are required to certify that all consigned items are authentic and understand that any items deemed to be counterfeits will be returned to the consignor for a $50 authentication fee plus shipping charges or discarded.
